Medicaid Enrollment
If you are having trouble billing, your Medicaid Enrollment may be the issue. The following contacts can be used to contact HHS with questions about your Medicaid enrollment:
Billing for the Application Period
The process to submit a bill for the seven-day Application Period to Magellan is as follows.
As you submit those bills, please follow this process:
- Download the Invoice Form
- Invoice form must be saved as a PDF
- If you would like your funds electronically deposited, please complete and include this ETF form with your application.
- Complete all information highlighted
- Enter the Service Dates
- Date ranges should equal no more than seven days (if more than seven days, it will be returned to you).
- Send the completed Invoice Form to WyProvider@MagellanHealth.com with the subject line “Application Invoice”
The Network Team will confirm the application date range, your mailing address and the completion of the application. Once those elements are confirmed, the invoice will be sent to the Magellan Fiscal Team. The Magellan Fiscal Team has 45 days to pay an invoice.

Magellan of Wyoming has a provider focused conference focused on collaboration, client care, and providing high quality Wraparound services.
Summer 2025’s conference will be in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Magellan CANS: Required every 90 days
CANS certification is required for family care coordinators (FCCs) and training is recommended for all High Fidelity Wraparound providers. Access the CANS training now (note you’ll need to log in to the site).

Fidelity EHR was created by Behavioral Health Professionals to align with the best practices of Wraparound and Care coordination. Fidelity EHR is shown to improve behavioral health outcomes for members. The architecture of the system is designed to follow evidence-based practices.
Fidelity EHR’s development was supported by the National Institute of Mental Health grant, and has been demonstrated to show outcome improvement for members through excellent documentation.

Fidelity EHR Trainings
- Each agency should have a designated Fidelity EHR expert to assist their colleagues with Fidelity EHR questions.
Joining our network can be beneficial in the following ways:
- Help youth and families find success, resiliency and their own voice through life’s journey.
- Build an independent and long-term professional career in the “helping profession”.
- You’ll have a career path that builds on the life experiences of the growing professional.
- Training and certification supervision are provided and covered by Magellan.
Use our search tool to view the current providers around you.
How do I become a provider?
- Send us an email letting us know you’re interested in becoming a provider.
- Obtain your National Provider Identifier if you do not already have one.
- Complete a current state and national background screen as defined in Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Chapter 47, Section 17 (use the search window to locate “Wyoming Medicaid Rules’).
- Go to our Magellan Provider website to Join the Network We will contact you within five business days of receiving your request and send you the High Fidelity Wraparound Network Application.
- At the time we send the High Fidelity Wraparound Provider Application, Magellan will send an Acknowledgement Letter to the new provider. The new provider will then submit this Acknowledgement Letter to Wyoming Medicaid to complete a Wyoming Medicaid Provider Enrollment* form. Your Medicaid Enrollment ID number will need to be submitted to Magellan.
*All forms/applications must be complete and include required supporting documents. An application is not accepted for processing until complete (including supporting documents).
Are there any other requirements?
Yes. Those interested in becoming a provider will submit their following information with their application.
- First Aid/CPR certification (this can be completed online)
- Proof of General Auto Liability Insurance
How long does the process take?
Our goal is to bring providers into the network within 30 days of their initial outreach to us. Of course, this timeline is dependent on interested providers submitting their documentation in a timely manner.
