Agencies Adding New Staff

Notice:

Are you an agency currently active in the High Fidelity Wraparound network, and want to add a High Fidelity Wraparound staff member?

Steps to adding new staff to your agency

  • Obtain an individual National Provider Identifier for the new staff person (if they do not already have one)
  • Complete a current state and national background screen as defined in Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Chapter 47, Section 17
  • Complete the Interested Provider Form
    • Select “I am a practitioner representing a Magellan-contracted group practice.”
      • Select “Online Roster”
      • You’ll be directed to log into www.MagellanProvider.com. Log in.
      • Modify your roster in the provider portal
      • Add you new roster staff to your roster
  • Contact WYProvider@MagellanHealth.com and request a staff roster update
    • In the email subject line, type: Roster Update – Secured1
    • Include the following (required) –
      • Staff name (first, middle, last)
      • Date of birth
      • Gender
      • Education/Degree (HS diploma, GED, Bachelors, etc.)
      • Clinical License (if any)
      • Individual National Provider Identifier
      • Mailing Address
      • Phone Number/Fax Number
      • Direct email to applicant
      • Social Security number
      • Primary Service Area (city or country where services will be provided)
      • Services seeking to offer (i.e. Family Care Coordinator, Family Support Partner, Youth Support Partner and/or Respite)
  • Once we receive the roster update, we will send the High Fidelity Wraparound Network Application* to the agency administrator/director/designated contact
  • At the time we send the High Fidelity Wraparound Network Application, Magellan will issue the new staff member an Acknowledgement Letter which he/she will submit to Wyoming Medicaid to complete a Wyoming Medicaid Provider Enrollment* form.

*All forms/applications must be complete and include required supporting documents. An application is not accepted for processing until complete (including supporting documents).
