Rachel Cleary
Rachel Cleary, MA, LPC has held a license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania since 2012. Rachel also holds her license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming. Rachel is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from LaSalle University with her Masters degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology, she worked as a Behavior Specialist Consultant and Mobile Therapist assisting children and their families in home, school and community settings to address developmental, behavioral and mental health needs. In this role, Rachel also led several School Therapeutic Service programs in Philadelphia schools. Rachel has more than 10 years of experience providing outpatient counseling services to clients of all ages. Since joining Magellan in 2013, Rachel worked as a Care Manager for the Pennsylvania Care Management Center and a Clinical Reviewer for Montana’s Utilization Management contract before taking her current role as the Clinical Reviewer for Magellan’s Wyoming Care Management Entity.
Rachel and her husband have three children and one dog. They enjoy taking family vacations, attending sporting events and spending time with friends.
