Tammy Cooley serves as program director for the Wyoming Care Management Entity. Tammy lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming with her family and comes to Magellan from Wrap Around Wyoming, Inc., where she served as founder and executive director. Tammy built that program, including developing a team of dedicated parents, practitioners and others who are HFWA credentialed. Tammy is a nationally credited coach, trainer and facilitator for High Fidelity Wraparound and is passionate about how the process of HFWA can improve the lives of youth and their families.
Kat Campbell, family support specialist
Kat joins our team with over 15 years of experience in many areas of the human services field. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Wyoming and calls Laramie home. There, she lives at the base of Medicine Bow National forest with her four children and husband. The High Fidelity Wraparound process has a special place in her heart as her family graduated from the process with great success. Firsthand experience and her desire to pay it forward drove her to serve as a family support specialist, family care coordinator and Coach before her current role.
Lynn Hamilton, care worker
Lynn brings more than 20 years of experience in the human services field, along with multiple certification and diplomas, to her role as care worker for the Wyoming Care Management Entity. Lynn lives in Cheyenne with her three sons and is helping raise her six grandchildren
Veronica Pedersen, MSW, CPM, serves as the community liaison for the Wyoming Care Management Entity. Veronica lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming with her son and comes to Magellan from Laramie County Community College, where she served as the community liaison and manager of the Wyoming Certified Public Manager program. Prior to moving to Wyoming in 2003, Veronica worked in Arizona as a counselor and manager of EAP counseling programs for a contract that included 12 western states. She is very excited to be part of a team using the innovative Wraparound model to benefit Wyoming children and their families.
Don Pledger, senior network manager
Don Pledger, MS, LPP, serves at the senior network manager for the Wyoming Care Management Entity. Don comes from the Louisiana Magellan Care Management Center where he worked in the roles of communications and systems development. Don is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and he is licensed as a Prevention Professional with a focus on substance use issues, suicide intervention and disaster/trauma response. Don shares Wyoming's passion for supporting recovery and resiliency in our youth and families through evidence-based models of care, and he is excited to be a part of this team.
Raj Pydimukkala, information technology director
Raj Pydimukkala is an IT leader who believes in leveraging technology to enable the business. Raj is currently the information technology director for the Wyoming Care Management Entity. Raj is accomplished at developing long-term strategies, supporting expansion into new markets and accelerating change. His strengths include thinking critically and influencing others to innovatively solve customer problems. Prior to Magellan, Raj was with Centene Corporation as their IT/Business Operations leader and brings 17 years of experience working for multinational companies across multiple industries. Raj has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from Olin Business School, Washington University, St Louis.
Joseph Shayka, data analyst
Joseph has been in quality improvement for more than 13 years. He specializes in quality control processes, tracking applications, and report generation. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree and from Washington University with a Master’s degree.
Sharon Weber, senior clinical trainer
Sharon Weber serves as the trainer-coach for the Wyoming Care Management Entity. Sharon lives in Laramie, Wyoming and comes to Magellan from Cathedral Home for Children, where she served as community programs director and in many other positions for the past 26 years. Sharon has spearheaded efforts with landmark implications in areas such as peer mediation and improved graduation rates. Her advocacy for children and families has extended to the Wyoming legislature. Sharon has achieved credentialing as a High Fidelity Wraparound facilitator, trainer and coach and is currently working on being credentialed as a Wraparound process mentor. She looks forward to employing her diverse skills, leadership and fervent passion to advance best practices throughout the state to improve the lives of youth and their families in Wyoming.
Angela White, clinical contract advisor
Angela White, LCSW is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. Angela’s background is working with the chronically mentally ill population at a community mental health center. Since joining Magellan in 2015, she worked with the Louisiana Coordinated System of Care contract before transferring to WY CME clinical team. Angela is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, with a Masters in Social Work. She is a strong proponent of healthy families, which is evident by her efforts in the workplace and at home with her blended family. Angela and her husband Larry have four children and two grandchildren.
Partnership Access Line (PAL) is a telephone-based child mental health consultation system that can assist any primary care doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant throughout the state of Wyoming.
